"My struggle with alcohol"

About: Lives Lived Well - Logan House

(as a service user),

After an on and off again struggle with alcohol for 17 years, including the last 5 with very serious acute relapses I needed lasting change and skills for my lifelong journey of sobriety.

I was 14 months sober and had a relapse and hospitalisation. I called as many rehabs I could from hospital and found LLW/Logan House and was accepted into the program.

After the initial shock I soon found myself immersed into the program. I found my feet and purpose, a great TF named Branka who has been pivotal in my recovery journey. The classes and format were particularly good. I found it intellectually stimulating and it enabled me to dig deep into my struggles and addiction. I would like to mention John as well, his classes were always very rewarding.

Overall, in my experience, the entire organization is fantastic, with great support and I felt incredibly safe and supported. I would recommend LLW/Logan House to anyone wanting deep and meaningful change. I feel blessed for the opportunities I have been given. Thank you all kindly.
