"Unprofessional staff"

In my opinion, a particular senior staff is unprofessional, treats the families of residents rudely, and lies to your face when approaching them with concerns. Minority of staff are ok but I feel the rest like this particular senior staff member are extremely unprofessional.

I believe medications are sometimes not given to our family residents. Food is disgusting in my opinion. I paid an arm and leg to put my parent there… but I feel the beautiful Regis is run by a clown who in my opinion, has no idea on professionalism nor the run of the facility… front staff on entering are lovely other than one of them, who I feel also thinks they are better than you… planning to remove my parent from this facility to a more professional run one .. thanks for nothing Regis port Coogee.

Would re-consider if the so call manager was replaced…based on my experience, would not recommend Regis Port Coogee to anyone.
