"Nothing but praise for counsellor"

Following the death of my partner and me being in hospital (for a seperate event) for 4months, I was assigned Phil primarily for grief counselling. I found Phil to be professional but warm in his interactions. I found his grief counselling techniques very relevant to my experience and enlightening. Based on my experience, Phil is a good listener and he had me travelling along the journey at an appropriate and healing pace.

When I found myself in hospital again with suicidal ideation, Phil took the initiative to converse with my caregivers and then when I decided to move to another location, Phil did a comprehensive handover to another health service. I have nothing but praise of Phil for his sensitivity, caring and experienced manner.
