(as a relative),

Words cannot express how grateful we are to the Harvey Community palliative care nurses Tracey, Carolyn and Pauline for your kind and compassionate care for our Dad and us. It has been close to 5 years that you have shared your guidance, support and professionalism in our Dads battle with cancer and I know my parents found great comfort and looked forward to your weekly visits at their home on the farm. 

Your help and knowledge was invaluable and we shall never forget the massive confidence you gave us in granting our Dad his wish of being home for his final days. We will be eternally thankful for all that you did and continue to do.

Thank you so much for your kind words regarding our wonderful Harvey palliative care nurses. I'm sure Tracey, Caroline and Pauline appreciate your acknowledgement of their efforts in helping your Dad and your family through a very difficult time.
