About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS South West

(as a service user),

I recently had to make several trips to Perth for treatment. I was informed I could request some assistance through PATS. All my dealings I had with the staff in the South West PATS team were professional and caring. The whole process was easy and they quickly answered any of my questions and were really patient if I didn’t understand.

This little team are obviously extremely busy and hard working. A great behind the scenes service/team which makes the health journey easier.
