About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I presented to Busselton ED on a very busy long weekend with significant pain. The staff worked quickly to treat me and continued to persist when I believe they could see the pain was continuing. All the staff (Dr’s, nurses and radiology) I dealt with were kind, compassionate, caring and professional. I could see that they were very busy, but I was always treated with time and consideration. They kept me informed at every step and did their best to reassure me and help me stay calm in what was a very scary time. They also made sure my partner was comfortable and involved.

This is obviously a well supported happy team. Thank you to all.
