About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

At the time of writing this I have been in D ward for about a week. In my opinion, the complete service has been very good - excellent except in my experience I have found one staff member to lack bedside manner and p.r. skills. Example, they walked into my room and said I'm turning your light out, and promptly walked out. That being the complete conversation. I felt they were very rude. I believe most people would ask if that is what you want and give you a choice.

Thank you for your feedback about your upsetting experience as a patient in D Ward. I can only imagine the discomfort and angst you felt by the staff members actions when they were in your room. I apologise that this happened to you.
