In my opinion, perhaps directing people to level 7 of your multi story car park for their covid vaccinations isn't the smartest of ideas. I believe people are clearly not heeding the speed limit in what can be described at best as a 'tight' carpark in terms of ramps between floors.
The turning circle needed to get up / down is ridiculous and as a result of some impatient muppet severely cutting the corner at a speed well above the 5kmh I have now got a lovely scratch all along the passenger side rear door from the sharp edged fencing you have guarding your concrete pillars at the top of the ramp.
