About: Fiona Stanley Hospital / Acute Pain Service, Anaesthesia and Pain Management Department

(as the patient),

I have been waiting 2 years for an appointment with pain clinic at Fiona Stanley Hospital. My specialist asked me recently if I had heard from them with an appointment since their referral, sadly no appointment yet.

I am sorry that you have been waiting so long for an appointment with our Pain Clinic. Demand for this service is extremely high, however, I would like to assure you that our staff are working extremely hard to see patients on the waiting list.
