About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Sub-acute Inpatient Service

(as the patient),

I have been treated very good while I have been in here. Nurse Lyndell has been amazing and so have the other nurses and staff I dealt with. The one thing I think you need is a heater in the bathroom, it’s so cold in the bathroom. All staff are amazing, from the kitchen right through, have enjoyed my stay in here, and will never hear a word said against Wonthaggi Hospital and their rehab.

Dear novembernn87,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback. Our sub-acute team have been working so hard to make the care environment in Sleeman as comfortable as it can be while we renovate Armitage House.

I will ask our Facilities team to look at the heating in the bathrooms tomorrow to work out how we can make them a bit warmer - thanks for providing this feedback.
