"Appointment bookings"

About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Acute Ward

(as the patient),

I have been coming to the ITCU ward for around 8 months every few weeks. Twice I have been and they have not booked me in but each time I have had the card that shows the date and time. 2 other times they have changed my appointments without telling me or have given me less than 24hrs notice. When they make my next appointment I feel they never ask what time would suit me and try and work around when I can come in.

I am so sorry that this has happened. I would love it if you would ring me (0472846355) so that I could get your name and DOB and look back in our system to see what went wrong. I know we have some issues with some very clunky IT systems that don't talk well to each other; and I know we only have certain times available for certain specialists - but it may be another issue that is causing this problem. Please call me so we can get this fixed - for you and everyone.
