My son woke up very ordinary and we presented to our nearest hospital. The nursing staff were next level with their dedication, patience and care they provided my son. They escalated care when they were not sure what was happening and remained calm. I felt the nurses on Lynne, Pagna, Katie and Gaynor went above and beyond to get the ambulance to transfer to Karratha.
On arrival at Karratha, the team were again fantastic and looked after my son who was not feeling well! The standout to me was Kasha who I felt was approachable with my concerns and escalated them with diligence. Dr Cherelle was also fabulous coming to assist with my son's care, she listened to him and gave him the reassurance he was looking for in the team looking after him.
Also thank you to Julian the paramedic who proudly explained the ambulance and test he needed to do on my son.
Again thank you for the wonderful care provided in both the Roebourne and Karratha facilities. We are lucky to have all your staff caring for our community.
