"Rude staff member"

My parent was transferred by RFDS to RPA from a country town in NSW.

I am in another state. I rang my parent on their mobile soon as I finished work late in the afternoon, which was later in the night Sydney time because of the time difference, to see how my parent was and how the flight was.

I believe the nurse then entered the room and told my parent to get off their phone, I heard it and was disgusted with their tone of voice and speaking to a patient like that.

My parent was in a private room so I believe they weren't disturbing anyone.
