"Excellent experience at RPA COVID Vaccination Hub"

Given all the media, news and conflicting announcements regarding vaccinations, I finally made the decision to get vaccinated via NSW Health.

I was eligible for an appointment for the Pfizer Vaccination and had scheduled an appointment recently at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (NSW).  

I would like to commend every single person involved in the process - it was efficient, professional and so well done.   From the check-in people to the lady who gave me my band to the folks who directed us in right through to my magical nurse, the lovely Kate at Number 8. Thank you.

I think it is no doubt this is a stressful, short-staffed and demanding job for everyone but you all made it look effortless - and happy, so thank you.   I don't know why we don't hear about this in the news.   Thank you.
