"A1 experience at Kerang District Hospital"

I was scheduled for an appointment for the removal of a cyst on my scalp. My anxiety about the procedure was soon put to rest by the friendly and caring hospital staff who treated me with dignity and empathy. Every staff member I encountered showed the highest level of professional care. The procedure was explained with sufficient detail so that I was fully aware of what was involved. The anaesthetist and the surgeon introduced themselves personally and both made me feel relaxed. The admitting staff and nurses who attended to me made sure that I was always comfortable and in fact made me feel special. As I left the hospital I was escorted to my waiting car. The next day follow-up call to check that all was still well was totally appreciated and another indication of the personal care taken. I could only rate this as an A1 experience all round.
