"Emergency department"

I burnt my right thumb with the hot steam and oil taking a roast out of the oven. After running my hand under cold water for 20 mins I went to the emergency dept at Pingelly health dept.

I felt the staff were wonderful. In the few hours I was there they soaked my hand in cold water for 2 hours, then contacted the burns unit at another hospital on what treatment to give me and dressings. I have had my dressings changed every 3 days. I believe the service and care I received was faultless. In my opinion, our nursing staff are just the best as they truly care.
