About: Lives Lived Well – Mirikai Residential (Gold Coast) Mirikai Residential Rehabilitation Facility

(as a service user),

I have spent the last 8 months in Mirikai and there oasis transition program. I couldn't be more happy with the service they've provided. They have an exceptional staff who really know what they are talking about and most importantly actually care about your well-being and want the best for you.

Over the past 8 months, they have assisted me in every way possible to turn my life around and help me to develop a solid understanding of my own interpersonal thoughts and behaviours that were causing detriment to my life and emotional well-being. Along with making me self aware, they have given me tools and skills to help change my unhealthy behaviours.

I feel Mirikai and especially the OASIS program have stood me in really good stead to be able to live a happy and healthy life, which is something I didn't think was possible 8 months ago. Based on my experience, 10/10.

Thank you for your comments about your time engaged with the Lives Lived Well's Mirikai and Oasis programs. I am glad you found the programs helpful to assist you to turn your life around. Turning our life around is a big task and takes so much courage and persistence on your part.

It is great that you have been able to develop new patterns of self awareness, take on new skills and learn to utilise the tools you have been introduced to by the staff in these programs. Thank you for the acknowledgement of the staff, the work that they do and the care they show. I will make sure they are aware of your comments.

I wish you all the best as you take these skills and knowledge and integrate it further into your life.
