My dear Mum was admitted to Blue Wren Lodge after living with me for 2 years at the start of the pandemic. Throughout her stay she was given exemplary care. The carers and nursing staff are wonderful and they all deserve a gold medal! Their compassion and empathy was never ending and our family will be forever grateful. Her end of life care was also beautifully managed with family also cared for and nurtured during the last week. Our heartfelt thanks goes to all the staff at Blue Wren Lodge and the wider staff including cleaners, kitchen and orderlies who always had a cheerful conversation with Mum.
