"Colonoscopy clinic"

Hello Fremantle hospital,

I had my first surgical procedure recently, a colonoscopy at Fremantle Hospital. The entire team were amazing. From day surgery reception to the team who showed me through to the bed, all the nursing staff we dealt with on both floors, the anaesthetic team, the surgeon, recovery, all of it.

They were welcoming and friendly, they made me feel welcome and valued, they ensure the process was as easy, calm, and safe feeling as possible.

Big thanks to Dr. Oliver and his team, Anaesthetist (I forgot the name - Mansur?), Tony, Ruth, Mies and orderly, they provided world-class service.

Dr. Oliver, your team demonstrate kindness, excellence, respect, integrity, collaboration and accountability.

Thank you to the whole team for your professional and friendly support through a situation that could have been quite distressing for me.
