"Experience at Monash Children's Hospital"

My son fell off a bike and fractured his elbow recently. The triage nurse immediately recognised he needed pain relief for which I am grateful (and so was my son). Thanks to the doctors (Sid et al) and nurses who looked after us. Thanks to the imaging department for their care. I also really wanted to give a shout out to the PSAs (2 males) who took my son to and from imaging and emergency. Makes a difference to have kindness on that drive through the halls of a hospital! Oh and security for helping me with the carpark late at night. I know you are all very tired... please know your care makes a difference.
