(as a parent/guardian),

I came home to a very unwell baby, I did not hesitate to take him straight down to Kalgoorlie Emergency Department where I was seen right away. It was the most stressful time of my parenting life and myself and my baby were handled with care from when we walked through the ED doors to when we exited the Kids Ward.

I can't thank the Kalgoorlie ED and Kids Ward teams enough for their great and caring standard of care they provided us, it made an awful experience tolerable. They listened to and abated all my concerns throughout our stay. Thank you.
