"Warren Blackwood MGP"

About: Warren Hospital / Warren Midwifery Group Practice

(as the patient),

Great care received during my pregnancy which was complicated by a pregnancy-related health condition.

Midwives were empathetic and kind, assisting me, particularly in the third trimester.

I received great care prior to transfer out of the region when I went into pre-term labour. My midwife was clear and reassuring in her communication regarding pre-term labour.

Special recognition to Robyn who kept in contact with me whilst I was in Perth birthing and completed a number of home visits on my return to Bridgetown, including liaising with the doctor as required.

Dear Patient91,

Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know of your positive experience on the Warren Blackwood Midwifery Group Practice.

As you have experienced, pregnancy, labour and birth don't always go according to plan. Research demonstrates exactly the feedback you have provided on your experience - that having continuity of care with your midwives makes the world of difference to what can be a scary and vulnerable experience.

We are so honoured to be able to offer this level of care to women and their families in Bridgetown, Manjimup, Collie and Bunbury with the support of the local GP obstetricians and the Bunbury Consultant Obstetrics team.

The MGP midwives work tirelessly to not only provide safe evidence-based care but also to meet the individual needs of the women and families in their care. Your feedback is an affirmation of their commitment and I will be sure to pass it on to them.

Warm regards

Abbey Rodda
