"Getting the COVID vaccine"

About: Moora Community and Child Health Centre

(as the patient),

I am very apprehensive about this vaccine and very concerned that my rights have been taken away re the choice of having or not having it.

Nurse Rebecca administered the vaccine to me (in Moora) and I would like to commend her professionalism, her kindness & her non-judgemental attitude towards me.

Whilst I remain unhappy about having ‘the jab’- Rebecca made my experience less painful than I was anticipating.

Dear Pengelly,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding Rebecca, one of our community nurses, working in the COVID vaccination clinic in Moora.

It is great to hear that you received a professional and nonjudgmental service as this is the way we want to provide this service during this unprecedented and challenging time. I have specially thanked Rebecca for demonstrating our WACHS values of quality and compassion.

Thank you for choosing to get the COVID-19 vaccine. This vaccine is an important measure to keep WA safe and healthy, it will help protect yourself, your family and the community.

Kind regards

Regina Michel-Huessy
