A heartfelt thank you to the Paramedics (early hours of the morning recently on a Sunday). You are so kind, caring and competent. Thank you also to all Paramedics, nurses and doctors of the Emergency department especially the nurses and doctor of Day Unit for looking after me when my pain was unbearable. You are all so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable in your profession. I feel your presence makes our existing problems bearable. Just witnessing you doing your jobs with conviction is very comforting. Thanks a million.

Thank you for your warm message to the amazing team of paramedics, doctors, nurses, emergency and day unit staff. Your feedback means a lot us; it shows the team embrace our values of compassion and quality and do an excellent job of providing patient-centred care to our community. Our organisation works in partnership with St John Ambulance and it is wonderful that their teamwork has received such a lovely compliment. We will be sure to pass on your feedback to St John Ambulance.

It will also be my pleasure to share your feedback with the Geraldton Hospital team as I know they will really appreciate it. We take pride in having a team that go above and beyond to provide care and comfort to those in situations such as yours where the pain becomes unbearable.
