"Medical neglect"

About: Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I believe medical neglect on more than one occasion has occurred to myself while attending the Shoalhaven Memorial District Hospital. First being the late 2018 when my baby was born. I feel I was bullied and intimated by one older nurse in particular who, I felt, kept harassing me about visitors and telling me my baby should be fed every 6 hours.

2nd was mid 2019 when I attended with a severed wrist! Your staff called another hospital and were originally organising for me to be flown to Sydney but then that changed when I believe you decided, according to your Nurse that day, that my artery was shut. To get to Sydney 24 hours later to wake up and be told that my artery was in fact still open!

Now here we are, and I have been here every day for a number of days back and forth, from what I believe is, a clear infection from a spider bite and I feel not once has anyone given me the correct and collective care. I felt I was just dumped in a corner and left there no monitoring or anything.
