I would just like to feed back my delight with the services and staff at Osborne Park Hospital.
I have just started taking my Dad to Osborne Park Hospital this year for Gerontology services, which led to physio, nutritionist, speech pathology and upcoming incontinence service.
Firstly, I found the parking available is fantastic. Free and lots of bays, especially disabled bays. In my experience, when you are caring for someone who is elderly, very frail and in a wheelchair, easy access to parking is very important. It is also so close to the facility and when the weather is bad I feel this is especially important.
Our appointments have always been right on time. I can’t say enough about the staff – I feel they are so friendly, polite, knowledgeable and caring. It’s like they actually care about the job that they are doing haha – wonderful.
He had his first appointment with a Gerontologist, she took so much time with him and then arranged other appointments with other specialists e.g. physio, nutritionist, speech pathologist and incontinence specialist. I had mentioned that it was hard to get Dad to appointments at the current facility where he was going for these services because of traffic and parking issues and she pretty much took it from there. Osborne Park Hospital is also much closer to his home.
I know that customer feedback is usually of a negative nature, but I just wanted to take the time to give recognition to all the positives and honestly, we haven’t had any negative experiences.
I hope this feedback can be passed onto the staff in some way.
