"Horrible experience"

I have had multiple surgeries at multiple other services. I have never had any issues and I feel always been treated and spoken to so well at these hospitals. 

I have never had such a horrible experience in a hospital, let alone private hospital I am paying for, as I have with this hospital. I felt I was spoken to and treated so rudely, which left me crying most of my overnight stay. I believe I was treated like a child, belittled and constant conflicting advice and instructions between each nurse and doctors. Was told at reception I would get a meal selection list, this never happened and I was given no choice in anything I had. 

The bathroom in my room had no soap to wash your hands, or hand sanitiser in my room at least. I let the nurse know and they said they would let cleaning know. Nothing was done about this and every time I went to the toilet etc all I had was water to wash my hands. I am beyond disgusted with the apparent lack of care for personal hygiene when it comes to after surgery let alone our covid19 epidemic. 

Based on my experience, I never want to visit Newcastle Private Hospital again and will not be bringing my business or recommending too anyone to come here.
