"Karratha Health Campus - positive TeleChemo experience"

I’m in frequent need of a infusion, of a medication, that I can’t spell or pronounce but know it helps me day to day, and I understand, most likely will maintain my longevity.

As I work and live at opposite ends of the State, I find that I cannot always make my “frequent” appointments at my local hospital and therefore, I feel, need to “impose” without too much notice, on a nearby hospital, to help me out. As I have been receiving this medication for many years both locally & internationally, I feel I can offer a well founded critique of my recent administration of the treatment- enter Karratha Health Campus and the TeleChemo team.

From my initial “impromptu” booking right through to my discharge, nurse superiors, Bridie & Tracy, had it all under control, and I mean, everything. Confirming specialists & pharmacy requirements, admission paperwork, treatment & post care. From a treatment perspective, I feel they ooze professionalism with confidence, from a caring perspective they promote a positive, fun, understanding & honest environment which means so much to me when I’m feeling unwell.

My observations indicate they have a similar positive impact on others as well. I understand there are others at KHC that have made my visit and treatment as best it could be - so I thank you all as well. Anyway, I dare not compare hospitals & staff as I’m so grateful for all the treatments I have received over time but I can say, Bridie & Tracy, you have an “Awesome” rating from me!
