Firstly I like to thank the friendly reception lady for her warm welcome and clear directions to the Radiology Department - sorry I didn't take note of your name.

Thank you to the nurse at the Radiology reception who was friendly and helped fill in my PATS form - sorry I didn't take note of your name.

Last but far from least to Michelle who performed my Ultrasound made me feel very welcome and relaxed as she professionally went about her task as we chatted about this and that which kept me relaxed I would like to thank you very much.
