"Good experience"

I had to take my 2-year-old daughter to the Urgent care under very stressful circumstances on Easter Sunday this year. There was a bit of a wait but still less than the ED and I must say, every admin, nurse and doctor we interacted with was lovely, kind and understanding whilst I had a very upset little girl with me. The doctor was extremely kind and actually went above and beyond what I was expecting. I'm actually very grateful to that doctor as like I mentioned, I was there under very stressful and unexpected circumstances and I felt this doctor had enough emotional intelligence to dig deeper and her actions made both my daughter and my lives better. (It sounds dramatic but makes sense knowing the circumstances!) Thank you!
