I would like to compliment the Northam Hospital Radiology department for their professional service and can-do attitude on a Friday recently. A client needed an urgent ultrasound and despite being incredibly busy and having their computer system being down, they provided a polite and professional service. The receptionists were very welcoming (even under duress) and the clinician provided a calm and personal service. This all amounted to the client receiving the best possible care in a timely manner on a Friday afternoon!
