"Assisting an elderly patient"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Medical Ward

(as other),

During my stay in medical ward, I was in a room with 3 other patients, one of the elderly patients needed to go to the toilet and I believe they didn’t ring their bell and unfortunately had a fall. The clinician who came in after I called my bell for this patient, which we did wait 15 mins for, I felt they yelled at this poor elderly patient.
