About: Lives Lived Well - Warwick

(as the patient),

I want to say that I’ve sought after help for my addiction for years, with no success. I always feel judgment from the people who were meant to help!

Recently, I’ve seen Alex in Warwick for about a month. She has been the only person that’s given me hope for my my future. I feel she’s understanding, kind and thoughtful. I can’t praise her enough. 

I’d also like to add, fix the aircon in her office! I understand she put in  maintenance requests but it’s not been fixed. Based on my experience, people detoxing & feeling emotional don’t like to be hot!

Thank you for your acknowledgement of Alex who has supported you and enabled you to find hope for your future. That is a great gift. I will ensure Alex is aware of your comments. It is also important to remember your own persistence in seeking support and finally finding someone who has been able to give it to you and from whom you could receive it.

I am sorry to hear about the aircon situation and my apologies for the heat you have endured. I will pass on your message to the manager and see if there can be some urgent action to get it fixed. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I wish you all the best for that hopeful future you now have.

I have had confirmation today that the issues you had mentioned about the air con not working in Warwick office have investigated and all all air cons are working well. The changes have been made.
