(as a relative),

I first encountered Amanda from Lives Lived Well over a year ago for my brother as part of the intake process into rehabilitation. I found that Amanda was very professional and caring and this behaviour continued throughout the process.

Unfortunately, there were set backs for my brother, however, I felt Amanda was always professional and efficient in her job which in turn made the process easy for myself and my brother. Without Amanda’s help, I feel I would have never been able to proceed in gaining this very much needed service for my brother.

Thank you for telling us some of your experience as your brother engaged with Lives Lived Well's Shanty Creek Program. These programs are designed to help people manage set backs and the ups and downs of changing patterns in peoples lives. It requires courage and persistence from everyone involved including families.

It is great to hear that Amanda helped both you and your brother in this process and that he was able to connect with the service. I will make sure she is aware of your recognition of her support.
