(as a service user),

I had Carpal Tunnel surgery in July this year through RPH in Perth. 

All my follow up appointments were carried out at Northam Hospital through video link. I also had all my OT on my hand done in Northam. 

The wonderful and caring OT staff were fantastic. 

I cannot express enough how wonderful and supportive the ladies were, nothing was too hard for them. Everything was explained very well, the exercises and tools provided were excellent too. 

Thank you OT Northam - you are the best.

I’m very happy to hear you had a positive experience with the Occupational Therapy team at Northam Hospital. We are very fortunate to have such a dynamic and compassionate team. It is also great to hear that video link worked well for you. It is the use of this technology that really benefits clients who live outside of the Metropolitan Area to gain access to healthcare.
