(as the patient),

I have had 11 procedures/operations in Perth since July 2019 and have needed hotels reimbursed, flights booked and changed, lots of admin done etc. It is difficult when you are in pain and have to do all these things yourself, but the ladies at PATS Geraldton have always been happy, efficient and just so helpful and caring.  When you are going through a stressful time like I've been through, I am just so grateful for all their help and making it as easy for me as possible. I really want to thank them.
