About: Bentley Hospital / Aged Care and Rehabilitation Ward 4

(as the patient),

This year has been full of ups and downs. In six months I was between RPH and ward 4 Bentley four times. I found the care I experienced in ward 4 was outstanding. I believe the staff on all levels deserve the highest praise. To the doctors, nursing staff, physio, o/t, cooks, cleaners and the various students I give you my love and blessings for making my time in my home away from home such a pleasant experience (well, as good as it could be).

Thank you all for your caring and concern, I feel you will be pleased to know that my blood pressure is now in the normal range. I spent 6 weeks in Juniper transitional care and have been back home for a few months now.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your story as I was delighted to hear of your gratitude and high praise for all the staff you came in to contact with throughout Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) and Bentley Hospital (BH).

It is pleasing to receive feedback for our staff who have made a positive impact in your care and rehabilitation. I am glad to hear that your blood pressure is now in normal range and you are back home.

Your ‘love and blessings’ for your ‘home away from home’ was heart-warming to read and will be shared with the staff across RPH and BH sites. I know the staff will be very pleased to receive it.
