Well, here I am for surgery yet again, but this is different, I am in Busselton health campus. I have never really felt like I need to tell my story. From reception through to surgery to post operative has been the most professional, comfortable, competent experience I have had to date.
I would especially like to thank the staff for this experience who have gone above and beyond not only making surgery possible, with overnight stay in day surgery in this tough time with bed shortages but making me feel so comfortable. I'm truly lucky to have had Annette, Debbie, Laura, Cathy, Jackie, Drew and Paula looking after me.
