Our heroines are Ally, Jennie, Bonnie and Karin, women who I believe selflessly devote themselves to the care of the aged, in particular, to my elderly mother after her hip operation.
Mum had just come out of hospital and as her carer, I was worried about how best to care for her. I found the abovementioned swept in with comprehensive, well organised team work and Mum received exceptional care for those few weeks. We will always be grateful.
At the end of the transitional care, Karin also organised for Mum to attend a local community centre after realising that Mum loved socialising. To top it off, there was concern for me and how I would cope.
It has been humbling and rewarding to meet these women. I will miss them but I'm happy knowing that this team of angels is, in my opinion, continuing their faultless work in aged care. May God bless them always.
With best wishes, Lyrical
