"Phone system"

About: Swan Hill District Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

Terrible phone system in my opinion. I believe you can try and call to make an appt or call for patient results from a medical clinic and the phone never gets answered.

I think they need to get a phone system where people get put in a waiting queue instead of the phone just dropping out.

Dear coinbg65,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I too would like to apologise for the inconvenience and frustration with our phone system.

I will follow this up with the Radiology Manager as a matter of urgency and seek a review of our processes relating to responding to phone enquire`s in a timely manner and ensuring that the call queuing system is working correctly.

Our aim is to provide the community with the best care experience and we need to learn from our consumers when that doesn’t happen.
