"Inspirational care and professionalism"

A few months ago, I had a surgical procedure at AHC, and it was not the procedure I was under the impression I was going to have.

After complication after complication, I rang Ambulatory Care Zone 3 in tears not knowing what to do, trying to contact wound clinic. The wonderful Donna and Julie from Zone 3 went absolutely over and above to help me and provide the clarity that I felt I was lacking regarding follow up treatment. Julie has not only provided fantastic clinical care for me, but between herself and the wonderful clerk Donna, they made me smile and feel safe.

I can't even put into words how much this has helped me and supported my mental health through this and I will be forever grateful for them. Based on my experience, Zone 3 is a national treasure and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. As a recently graduated Nurse myself, my experience with them has inspired me and I hope to one day be able to provide the same care for my patients as they have given me.
