I recently attended Pop Health for my baby's 8 week jab. He’s had another health issue recently which we had not got answers for from our GP which we were getting frustrated at.

We saw Kim who we felt was absolutely incredible! We found she was amazing doing the jabs, very patient and gentle (as can be!) and followed up with getting answers about our other issue. Based on our experience, she was so efficient, we had answers within 2 hours from leaving the building. Kim was extremely caring, patient and did not make us feel silly asking our multiple questions! Would highly recommend Kim for any parent/bub!

Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback. I will ensure it is forwarded to Kim and I know she will be delighted. Vaccinations can be an anxious time for many, let alone for new parents who only want the best for their children. I am very pleased to hear your experience was so positive.

Kim is an exceptional nurse who understands the need to carefully listen to new parents and always goes above and beyond to ensure she finds the information required to allay any concerns. The many questions our nurses receive from parents are never “silly” – they are all valid and deserving of the care and attention that Kim showed you!
