About: Armadale Hospital / Midwifery Group Practice (Horizons)

(as the patient),

I was under the care of MGP Sapphire group. Claudia was so helpful and supportive during the entire process. I had all my appointments at home and Claudia gave me clear information about each procedure. She was also very supportive during the birth of my baby. I did not feel alone or stressed during my pregnancy. This was all thanks to the MGP Sapphire group, especially to Claudia.

Firstly, congratulations on the birth your child! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

I am so pleased to hear that you received such great care from the Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) team, and that you felt safe and supported throughout your journey. We are extremely proud of the level of compassionate and supportive care our team here at AHS provide.
