My elderly partner was admitted with chest pains, but as I understand it, diagnosed with gastroenteritis. They stayed in ward 3B & was discharged after a few days.
Unfortunately, my partner relapsed & was admitted again. I've been asking the nurses in my partner's ward on their condition, because they can't walk, talk, eat, drink & just plain too ill to do anything! I've been asking what is wrong with my partner but all the nurses who I dealt with, seemed not to know anything! I've asked if I could see or speak with the doctor who's handling my partner's case, but in my experience, the response is he or she is too busy. I even said if I could make an appointment to see anyone & still I believe they don't know if that is possible.
I am getting very frustrated. I am stressed on not knowing what's wrong with my partner. What is wrong with this hospital apparently not giving information to the next of kin? I don't understand.
