From the moment the ambulance arrived, to being admitted to hospital, I felt feelings of confidence all around me. The dedication of care extended by all the nurses who I dealt with (there were many) and even the tea lady with smiling faces and a lot of patience.
One trainee doctor stood out with a friendly amusing bedside manner, (don't remember his name sorry) keeping me confident everything would be ok.
But the person who stood out to me was Occupational Therapist, Ross. He spoke to me like I was human and I could understand what was happening if he had to describe it in different ways, letting me think about things before I asked questions, giving advice from previous experience and guiding me with information for my benefit. I would just like to thank everyone involved.
