About: Lives Lived Well – Mirikai Residential (Gold Coast) Mirikai Residential Rehabilitation Facility OASIS – Supported Accommodation – Gold Coast (Lives Lived Well)

(as a service user),

I have just completed several months of treatment at the Mirikai/Oasis treatment program run by Lives Lived Well on the Gold Coast. I spent 11 weeks at Mirikai Rehabilitation Centre and then another 6 weeks at the Oasis transitional housing.

I have now been free from alcohol and drugs for over five months and have the above-mentioned services to thank for that. The treatment facilitators, counsellors and psychologists are all approachable, kind, knowledgeable and in my experience, willing to do anything within their power to help on your sobriety journey.

I honestly stumbled upon this program by chance and it has changed my life. I had been battling drug and alcohol abuse (particularly methamphetamine) for close to 15 years and I finally feel that I have the tools and confidence to face life free from those substances.

If you are willing to put in the work, open to changing your past behaviours and willing to accept everything Mirikai and Oasis have to offer, I believe this place can help you! I cannot recommend it higher and will be spreading the word about this place for the rest of my life!
