"Just excessive waiting around"

I had 3 appointments recently, some of the staff took in consideration that other staff, not so much. Also sending a patient up to the media building that can't walk well (damaged nerve endings in legs) not very nice. So many things we had to do in one day. Also, the car park ticketing machines only wanted to take cash and being stuck in the car park for some weird reason that afternoon there was a queue to get out. Your tables were, in my opinion, gross to sit at, where was the cleaner (COVID times) I felt there was lack of cleanliness. We think the wait times were excessive especially being all there all day. I suffer from anxiety and I was so on edge. Also we were told that we would find out operation date but as I understand it, that didn't happen.
