"Outstanding service from your team members"

I am a TPI Vietnam Veteran who has a few health issues. Recently, I had three trips to hospital in about ten days. Once discharged, I was amazed at the level of support being given to me by Government Agencies. 

I would like to mention a couple of your team members who have assisted me. The first one is Caryn- Caryn came to my residence to talk through issues with me and my son. I felt she was, without a doubt one of the most thorough people I have ever dealt with. I believe she ensured that she established all the facts and then undertook certain actions to ensure that I was looked after. I feel Caryn was excellent.     

The other person who came to see me was Deidre, one of your pharmacists. As with Caryn, Deidre reviewed my medications and gave me some excellent advice. They explained in easy to understand language the role that the medications play in my treatment. As with Caryn, I found the interaction was excellent. I am most grateful for the support being given to me by members of your team. Thanks.
