"Aortic valve replacement by open heart surgery"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / DB3S - Cardiothoracic Surgery Ward

(as the patient),

My valve replacement surgery took place at Prince of Wales hospital, Randwick. From the time of my preadmission until my discharge, I was treated with care and compassion, by both the nursing and medical staff.

I always felt like I was in good hands and trusted everyone who I dealt with implicitly.

Dear guidepn97,

Thank you for your positive feedback and it is heart warming (apologies for pun) that you received compassionate care from all clinicians from when you arrived, all the way to your discharge from POW.

Your kind words will be forwarded to the teams and I hope you are doing well.

Kind regards,

Justin O'Hare

A/Nursing Co-Director ESCM
