"Consistency of care for routine colonoscopy"

About: Busselton Health Campus / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

A few months ago I was admitted to Busselton Hospital for a routine Colonoscopy. Right from walking in the door on arrival & then reception I felt I was treated with kindness & helpfulness. Once going through to the next stage I was deeply touched by the sensitivity and care shown to me by every person I came in contact with. I entered the hospital feeling anxious but I left feeling overwhelmed by the wonderful staff.

Thank you.

Dear firewh78,

Thank you for posting your experience on Care Opinion. Attending the hospital for a procedure can be a nerve-wracking time but I'm very happy to hear you felt supported and cared for. We are very lucky to have a great team at Busselton Hospital to assist our consumers through their journey. If you have any other feedback please give me a call on 9753 6372,

Yours sincerely, Dan.
